Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the keco4d platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied continuously throughout your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. We do not permit access by individuals under 21 under any circumstances. Creating an account on behalf of a minor, or using a minor's identity to circumvent this requirement, constitutes fraud and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
• Personal Use: You must be acting on your own behalf. Using the platform as an agent or representative of a third party is prohibited without prior written consent from keco4d.
• Not Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, a keco4d-imposed account restriction, or any court or regulatory order that prohibits you from gambling.
• Jurisdictional Responsibility: You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using keco4d is lawful in your own jurisdiction. keco4d operates as an internationally licensed offshore platform. Indonesian domestic gambling regulations are complex; the legal status of accessing offshore online betting from within Indonesia is your responsibility to assess and comply with.

Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To use keco4d's paid services, you must complete the registration process, which involves providing accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You must also create a unique password.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold exactly one keco4d account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different identifying information — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, keco4d will close all but the earliest-opened account and may forfeit any balances in the duplicate accounts.

3.3 Accurate Info rmation Obligation

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is accurate, complete, and up to date. keco4d reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.4 KYC Verification

Before withdrawal privileges are activated, all accounts must complete KYC verification. Accepted identity documents include a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's license. Proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months) may also be required. keco4d aims to complete KYC reviews within 24 hours of document submission during standard operating hours (WIB).

3.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. keco4d will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. keco4d accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.

3.6 Account Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your keco4d account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonuses) will be returned to your verified payment method within five (5) business days, provided all KYC requirements have been met and no pending disputes exist.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

keco4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp):

• Local Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

keco4d does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via international wire transfer, cryptocurrency, credit card, or any payment method not listed above. The available methods may be updated periodically; the current list is always displayed at the point of deposit or withdrawal.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 20.000. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit limit, though individual payment methods may carry their own transaction caps set by the issuing bank or e-wallet provider. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time or within a maximum of fifteen (15) minutes of confirmed receipt.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are processed within thirty (30) minutes during standard operating hours. Requests submitted outside of operating hours will be processed at the next available window. keco4d does not charge any withdrawal processing fee; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees.

4.4 Withdrawal Eligibility

A withdrawal may only be made to a payment account that is held in your own name and has been used to make at least one prior deposit to your keco4d account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. keco4d reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal it deems unusually large or otherwise irregular.

4.5 Currency

All account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No foreign exchange conversion is applied at any point on the keco4d platform. Any currency conversion costs incurred at the player's bank or e-wallet level are the player's sole responsibility.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses and promotions offered by keco4d are subject to specific terms published at the time of each promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, and contribution rates are stated clearly in each promotion's terms. As a general guide, slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, while live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%). Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) bets may be excluded from bonus wagering contribution entirely — check each promotion's specific terms.

5.3 Bonus Validity

All bonuses carry an expiry period, which begins at the time the bonus is credited to the account. Bonuses not claimed within their validity window, and wagering requirements not completed before expiry, will result in the automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. Expiry periods are stated in each promotion and are non-extendable except at keco4d's sole discretion.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

keco4d reserves the right to withhold or void bonuses and associated winnings where it suspects abuse, including but not limited to: the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; matched betting strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus structures; and coordinated play between multiple players to circumvent wagering requirements. Determinations of bonus abuse are made at keco4d's reasonable discretion and are final.

5.5 No Bonus Policy Option

Players who prefer not to receive any promotional bonuses may contact customer support to activate a "No Bonus" flag on their account. Under this flag, no bonuses will be credited automatically or upon request, and all deposits and withdrawals will be treated as pure real-money transactions with no wagering restriction obligations.

Betting & Game Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. keco4d offers pre-match and live in-play betting on football (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, AFF Cup, and Timnas Indonesia internationals), badminton, basketball, MotoGP, and e-sports. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets are available; the minimum number of selections and minimum odds per leg are displayed on the bet slip.

6.2 Void Bets

A bet may be voided — and the stake returned — in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or postponed beyond the applicable settlement window; a market is suspended due to a technical error and cannot be fairly settled; or keco4d determines at its reasonable discretion that the odds at which the bet was accepted were materially incorrect due to a pricing error.

6.3 Live Casino

Live casino games are operated by certified third-party providers including Evolution Gaming. Each game title is subject to that provider's individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino session, the round result will be determined by the provider's server records, which are final.

6.4 Slots & RNG Games

All slot and RNG (Random Number Generator) games offered on keco4d use certified random-number generation systems. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are verified by the relevant game studios and certification bodies. Slot gacor (high-payout slot) designations are indicative only and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

6.5 Togel

Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws available on keco4d are operated in real time. Draw results are published on the platform immediately upon confirmation. keco4d accepts no responsibility for delays in result publication caused by the operating draw provider.

Responsible Gaming

keco4d is committed to providing a safe and sustainable entertainment environment. The following tools and policies are in place for all players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from their account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure notifications that alert them after a set duration of continuous platform use.
• Temporary Time-Out: Players may place their account into a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, no deposits or bets may be placed. The time-out cannot be lifted before its scheduled expiry.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the keco4d platform may submit a self-exclusion request via customer support. Self-exclusion is permanent and irrevocable for a minimum period of six (6) months.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether directly or through a nominee.
• Providing false, incomplete, or fraudulent identity or payment information during registration or KYC.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players in card games or any other format where collusion could unfairly affect the outcome.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors — any such exploitation must be reported to support immediately; exploited gains will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the platform as a vehicle to move illicit funds.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing keco4d staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with any part of the keco4d platform or its underlying technology.

Intellectual Property

All content on the keco4d platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, interface design, software, text, graphics, and game assets — is owned by or licensed to keco4d and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any keco4d content without prior written authorization. Any unauthorized use of keco4d's intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, keco4d's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your keco4d account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

keco4d shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, whether direct or indirect.
• Any loss or damage arising from Force Majeure events, including internet outages, server failures, regulatory actions, natural disasters, or telecommunications disruptions.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any inaccuracy in odds, game outcomes, or results caused by data-feed errors from third-party providers, provided keco4d acts promptly to correct the error upon discovery.
• Decisions made by you to gamble money you cannot afford to lose.

Nothing in these Terms limits keco4d's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy & Data

keco4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Personal data is collected for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and customer support.
• Data is stored on secure servers protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.
• keco4d does not sell or rent personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.
• Players may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting support, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.

Amendments to These Terms

keco4d reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the keco4d platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 3.6.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which keco4d holds its international operating license. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable arbitral authority in that jurisdiction.

For disputes of a value not exceeding Rp 5.000.000, keco4d offers an expedited internal dispute resolution process. Players may submit a formal complaint in writing to [email protected]. keco4d will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and issue a final determination within fourteen (14) business days.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under the mandatory laws of your own jurisdiction. Indonesian players retain any statutory rights available to them under applicable Indonesian consumer protection legislation, to the extent those rights are not lawfully excluded by these Terms.
